Day 133 / 54 / 4 W = 254 BF = 35 (Data for Evening of Friday, Sept 5)

I'm trying something new. Being vegetarian and low-carb is more of a challenge than I originally realized that it might be. Anyway, I'm trying something called "White Kidney Bean Extract." (Hereafter, WKBE.) The good news is that it is natural, and it works by neutralizing amylase. Amylase, of course, is the enzyme that makes starch digestible. By blocking amylase, the WKBE functions as a "starch blocker."

I'm not sure whether or not I'm "losing weight" but I know that it (the starch blocker) has kicked my cravings in the head. That is, as long as I avoid flour and sugar, the WKBE prevents absorbtion of carbs from beans, rice, potatoes, and such.

Before I restarted, I tried it for a day or two eating Flour and Sugar. In that case, I found WKBE to be ineffective, and that doesn't surprise me. So, if you are following a No Flour No Sugar plan, you might find WKBE to be helpful.

Also, if you hate taking pills, or don't trust them, you might could get similar results (but not as "potent") by actually eating White Kidney Beans.

No Flour, No Sugar once again. Expect new content on the Info Site this month (September).
